Talk to me a little bit more about that and the ideology around it.

There's a couple pieces to it.

Individually, anyone who's served, been to a military academy, et cetera, understands that the way the military operates is just different, different set of rules in terms of discipline, structure, et cetera, and it creates a crucible-style event, whether it's going through boot camp, whether it's going through a certain a school or just the experience in of itself.

And so it creates a different type of what I would consider a forged leader.

It's a bunch of different skills where you're not only developing alongside peers under great guidance and leadership, but under a tried and true leadership system that also allows you to be multifaceted.

I think in a lot of cases, The military is known for amazing leadership while also being kind of the school of hard knocks.

There's a lot of really phraseology in the military, hurry up and wait, right? And different things about having an incomplete picture with limited information or executing a mission with a limited picture or whatever the case may be.
