So was it kind of inbound sales rather than outbound? Yeah.

Yeah, pretty much.

And it's funny, at the time, that wouldn't have been something we thought about.

It's hard to overstate how slow we were to so many elements of the business in terms of just the idea that we will need marketing, we will need sales.

At that point, I think we were still very product focused.

So not long after we opened the shop, we rebranded with more colorful bags and kind of a different look.

You see, we initially branded everything.

So what's next for Stone Valley and the business? I know you said you started off without a business plan, but is there more of a plan in place now as to what the next maybe five years will look like and what the plan is?
