Sure.

From a company perspective, if your company gets as curious as possible, and curiosity is a part of your leadership and how you train your team how to be curious, and it leads to connections, ultimately leads to community.

I don't mean in companies your deepest community as far as, like, like, like, your inner circle that you're gonna tell all your deepest, darkest secrets with, but I mean the deep, the, the close community culture.

And we've all probably worked in companies where it's been great culture and there's great community, and we've all probably worked in companies where it's like, that's not a great community culture.

So you can look at that community as, like, your community culture within your company, and that's where your company's gonna thrive, or you can look in your personal life and say your deepest community, your closest friends and family members that you put in that inner circle, and that's what's gonna help you thrive in your personal life.
