So we are actually creating what we call the Friendship Event Kit.

We're taking a lot of things in the book, uh, and putting a kit together 'cause I think there's people out there who wanna start a community or be part of a community who don't necessarily know where to start.

So we're putting together a, a document, some presentations for someone to step by step go through, here are the things that you need to do, uh, to think about if you wanna start creating.

I think it's, it's easy to say you want it, but it's hard to take that first step.

Uh, and it takes, it takes a few different personalities to create a community, I think.

Um, they can all be in one person, but they can also be different people.

People know about retention, recruitment, all those kind, productivity, but what makes a CFO, a COO, a CEO say, "We need to act"?
