That's a good question.

So I think that if we look at, I'm actually going to start talking about men because that's where we see the bigger differences.

I think that it is largely impulsivity that drives people into entrepreneurship.

And I think that's where we see the biggest fit.

It's really interesting because if you think about, I was just in class last night, I was teaching entrepreneurship to a class of regular students.
