Be aware of when you're moving a business that you're moving a business, right? If you're changing an address, don't just change the address to fiddle with trying to get a location in a specific spot when it's not really the address.

Primary categories are important, right? And if you're changing a business's primary categories in a way that doesn't make sense from a hierarchy perspective, like I'm a doctor, now I'm going to become an HVAC doctor.

I used to say it used to be focused only on flagged reviews, right? You could flag a review, a team would look at that review, and I would say, if a team can't prove in the content of that review that it's violating policy, they will leave it up.

And the way the trust and safety team, and that's because that's the only process we had initially.
