At Netlify was my now transitioning from fintech to the developer world role, which with a technical background, I felt like I was just going back home closer to the coding and the building, if you will.

I've always felt like there was this part of engineering that because engineers are smart, they're supposed to figure things out.

And so some experiences are like, not enough design or just here's a CLI or a terminal and off you go.

And Netlify was bringing a lot of these like technical products and experiences of in a way that makes so much sense and made it more accessible to people without an extensive technical background while still serving a very technical audience.

So the fact that you could just grab a folder on your computer and drag it into a website and all of a sudden you will have your website deployed and you have your own domain was sort of magical.
