Why did you not go and get a job at another tech startup and continue or become like a founding, you know, TA for, you know, these businesses? Why did you decide to go back and to set up your own agency and not, you know, continue on that trajectory?

That was certainly something that was on my mind, I think for sure.

Um, but, uh, I got in my mind that I wanted to start my own firm probably 2018 or 2019.

One of my hiring managers at Uber actually was like, you should go start your own firm and you should be the guy who does all of the product operation searches like for all of the tech companies.

And yeah, I was like, I don't know.

I didn't feel like quite ready to do that at that time.

But when I went to V-Hub, I learned a lot in that experience because recruiting for Uber, was kind of easy to be honest.

So are you leveraging your background being internal yourself? Like, is it, you know, you're doing something different that's, you know, gaining the attraction or?
