Could you just speak to how we've built a little bit of making it easy, making it turnkey and then getting access to information?
42:42
Sure.
42:44
In much of the industry, a broker advises its client to adopt a new insurance program.
42:52
Welcome to Blue Cross, and your ID card will come in the mail.
42:55
And we'll have an open enrollment meeting if you have any questions, all right? That's what happens in much of the industry.
43:02
At Crumdale, it all starts with our initial broker qualification process, where we explain to that broker how we're different and how our product works, all right? And so we go through great lengths to identify and train those brokers on what our product is and what it isn't.
43:20
And then upon a group entering the platform, we have calls with our team, our employees, with the right people at the group to explain exactly those things.
44:19
And when people are using our technology around cost containment and using our app and engaging with our advocates, our Crumdale team, how does that actually work? How does it actually function?
19:00
Joe, your reaction to this decision?
19:04
Yeah, delighted for that decision because Like for Ireland to compete with the likes of Brazil, it wasn't a level playing field because of the antics that were going on in Brazil with the use of antibiotics and their traceability.
19:21
So I'm delighted because we have to jump hoops here to take through European legislation to produce good food at high standards.
19:30
So we're just delighted that this has happened.
19:32
But at the same time, it's not the end game because there will be other challenges on the road ahead.
19:38
But it's a great decision.
19:40
We've known this from sort of mid-June.
19:50
What about the potential for it to damage our exports to Britain if Brazil looks for alternative markets and starts trying to flog this beef to Britain and Northern Ireland?
57:58
There is support there for homeowners, those with spare rooms.
58:04
Yeah, absolutely.
58:05
So like in the student union, we provide essentially an accommodation list.
58:10
So we would reach out to landlords through, you know, the mail drop that would have been, you know, busy last week and through social media and different things like that.
58:18
We provide a list and essentially we've moved over to a new service now for accommodation.
58:24
So it's a site called Student Pad.
58:25
So essentially you're able to provide, you know, whatever element of information that you want on that.
59:49
Is that correct?
24:12
Joe, I saw you nodding along to what I said, and I'm going to take that as more than you just being nice because it's your first time on the show.
24:20
Yeah, I think the gentleman before who was just speaking made a couple of very good points.
24:26
He's talking about the fact that Americans care about affordability, and he thinks that's very high up on our priorities.
24:31
And I think the reason that the DSA and folks who are considered on the radical left are gaining traction is because they've made that the alpha and omega, and then they've sort of scapegoated Trump for all of those problems.
24:43
And as the gentleman was talking about before, he's right.
24:46
It's not all blameworthy on Trump.
24:48
He inherited a bad economy from Biden beforehand.
27:57
there a willingness and an understanding in the Republican Party that there are more candidates who are going to need to be able to do that and supported to do that, and therefore Republicans will give them the leeway to do that over the next 90 days?
27:33
Was there a lot of people at the meeting and I suppose what was the mood at the meeting? Were they looking for information or what?
27:42
No, there was a fair crowd at the meeting.
27:45
It was all about looking for information.
27:48
Now, they would have all had contact from council already.
27:54
Maybe one or two didn't because they didn't answer or didn't respond to requests from council.
28:01
But everyone else has.
28:04
But what they've done since, I'm not so sure.
30:30
I was going to say, did you get any sense from the meeting of any organised resistance to this project or are landowners of the view that, you know, this is coming down the line and it's about maximising the best value for the inconvenience or loss of land?
72:37
Uh, Joe, uh, talk to me more about this, uh, event.
72:40
Well, I suppose, Greg, uh, uh, I'm in a u-unique position because, uh, I chair the IFA, but I also work with the local development company in Inishowen.
72:50
So probably, uh, Inishowen is probably my natural home in one way.
72:56
So it has been going on for some time.
72:59
Um, like I would have talk on the ground of, uh, farmers' wives and partners and whatever, and saying, "What are you gonna do for the women?" So, um, then by just chance one evening, I met with Christine Friel, this is our, our Farm Family Support Officer in, in, in IFA, and we had this discussion about doing an event for women because it, it was a long time coming.
73:23
So, um, we talked.
73:25
Uh, we talked to Shannon then because Shannon's in business, um, based in Inishowen, South Inishowen.
75:26
Yeah, for sure
