And it really did come

about with Mike and Kevin's help.

When we were buying this production and buying the leases, They were like, hey, rather than just buy the production, we should buy the equipment and then we can do a bonus depreciation, have bonus depreciation on top of the IDCs.

Our IDCs historically have always been in the kind of 70, 75% range.

So then when we're coming in and we will work with Kevin and Mike as we buy these leases to look at all of the equipment that we will be picking up.

And so then on top of those IDCs, thanks to the big, beautiful bill and the one big, beautiful, the one big, beautiful bill act.
