Like, what do you really see? Is it a lot of new people moving in the area? Is it a lot of people staying in the area and not having such a brain drain from, you know, people moving away after they graduate college? How do you see the tech hub changing Rochester, New York?

Well, I think it's – we've already talked a bit about the scale of this demand driver, right? At least just with Micron's investment.

But the place that semiconductors hold in the current and future global economy – I mean, it is so central.

This is the lifeblood, right? There are very few devices that you can think of that we rely on all day, every day that don't themselves rely on semiconductors.

So this is a generational economic opportunity for a region like ours.

It is an enormous opportunity for us to leverage assets that we've talked about for a long time, right? Which have been economic drivers in their own right, but this is an opportunity to further Let me think about the optics and photonics sector here in Rochester, right? If you don't have optics, you don't have semiconductors.

And there are very few places in the world that can lay claim to a greater concentration of optics and photonics expertise than greater Rochester, right? So we are really in prime position there.

So as a leader, how is that being addressed? What do you think needs to happen?
