in in so many senses but i think the the makeup of the people who are so passionate about what they do personally and how they push themselves in the outdoor space you're not translating to risk in the boardroom uh i think it comes down to maybe a lack of creativity at the management level, being able to encourage what you know may exist within your people to try and do things.
