From your perspective, Joe, having worked there quite some time, what do you believe makes the site so attractive for a potential buyer?

I think there's obviously the physical aspects associated with it and the fact that, and I suppose from a pure timing perspective, we think now is a good time to start the marketing process because this is a journey.

You know, it's a journey that started maybe nearly eight or nine years ago with regard to what the end game was going to be on this.

We obviously have about a year and a half or so left in the actual project.

But as part of that, you know, we now decided to proactively look for potential international investors who may be prepared to establish a site here in Clare Castle.

As part of that, you know, we have, you know, there's the physical layout in relation to the location.

There are obviously strengths.

So, You know, yourselves, the IDA, local stakeholders, the council, do you have, are you targeting particular industries? You know, like Roche, would a pharmaceuticals company be ideal for the site? Or is it suitable for a wide range of businesses?

How did you get support of management to make the investment in training and everything else to start tackling a broader compliance initiative?

initiative?Well, there was a famous saying by, um, I think it was Ben Johnson in the UK, that nothing focuses a man's, uh, a man's attention like facing the hangman's noose in a fortnight.

And when I was in the old Bell System, we were subject to litigation.

We're a big target.

And so we, we'd be dealing with the EEOC.

We had a major antitrust case, and it has always been the case, always will be the case, that when the government comes at the door, all of a sudden people get religion.

And so, yes, we had good people in our company, but there was also very clear risk, um, in dealing with the government.
