How did you get immersed into the world of New Haven pizza?

Well, you know, growing up in New Haven, you know, you're just always there.

So weekends you would go, or weekdays you'd go to get Modern, or you'd get Sally's, you'd get Pepe's, or even some other surrounding pizzerias.

I mean, I just turned 50, so that aren't even around anymore, even in the Camden area.

So...

It's just always been a thing, but I didn't really think of it as anything but I like pizza.

We never even thought of these three places being the best pizzerias in the country or the world.

What's it like for you seeing this grow from being what was a pretty hyper-local... experience to this national brand this big popular attraction in Connecticut
