So, you know, how do your people play into all this and what's your take on that?

Yeah, so I'd love to actually start with kind of my back office and how I set that up because we are digital first.

So, you know, every team member is social savvy.

We should all be taking pictures, getting videos that we can share to our editors, right? So I love my interns.

I believe in students.

So when I was at QVC, I always had interns as well as direct reports.

So for my charter boat, seasonal business, we start recruiting in December for the summer, local colleges within the greater Philadelphia area.

What social media strategies, we can keep it simple, but I don't know, one or two social media strategies that you've deployed this summer that you've had a lot of success that any operator could do today?
