Joe FarrisGUEST
Um, yeah those the worst uh there was a case um in um out of uh eden in fact uh two young boys both of them were uh between their junior and senior year working in a flat grain storage facility which you have to imagine this huge metal building that had a floor auger that ran the length of the building probably 100 120 feet long and the floor auger is this big screw yeah in a trough about this wide in the building and the grain it is designed so that the grain that's piled up in there when you try to remove the grain the auger will move the grain to another auger to be offloaded into a truck hauled off.

Joe FarrisGUEST
This particular auger was covered with two by fours that would keep the auger from coming in contact with the weed except at certain places, because if the entire alder had been opened, the weight of the weed would stop it from working, too much pressure, so you had to limit it.

Joe FarrisGUEST
Sort of like when you're mowing a lawn, You mow like three-fourths of the blade to keep from getting too much of it if you've ever done that.

Joe FarrisGUEST
Anyway, these two young guys in there, and they'd been mostly emptied of grain, and their job was to shovel the grain from the corners and places to get it to the auger.

Joe FarrisGUEST
One of the boys, still don't know how, slipped and one of the boars just lodged and his leg got caught in the auger and started twisting and pulling his leg in.
