What was your journey like and how did you get to this 13 year mark?

Well, I was diagnosed in May of 2013.

I was 44 years old.

So premenopausal, which is kind of important.

Stage 1A, invasive ductal carcinoma, and it was high grade.

Also triple negative breast cancer, just like you.

And, you know, so I meant that, you know, it had to be chemotherapy you have to go through, right, for that cancer.

And in doing the work that you do as a survivor, you know, what is it, or when you were doing this work, excuse me, what did it mean to you?
