well that's I mean that's one of those you know like in your writing sometimes it's the lyric first sometimes it's the music with that I wanted that title so that's where that song that's where that song began but you know it really drew something out of me writing that it's just that whole Yeah, that sense of dread at times and having to deal with your own head and whether you self-medicate to help yourself do that.
