Now moving into the human resources side of things, can you give us a little bit of a rundown of your journey into human resources, Jodie?

Yeah.

So actually I started out doing accounting at uni, following in my dad's footsteps.

And I think within the first 12 months, one of my friends gave me a book that completely changed the trajectory.

So it was called Business as Unusual by Anita Roddick.

And I just thought she was amazing.

She's the founder of The Body Shop or was the founder of The Body Shop.

What do you say to that? Because that's obviously the flip argument to a lot of these, let's face it, like a lot of changes are based on a lot of these things.
