Thing that comes up a little bit in my mind, and you don't necessarily have to speak from your personal experience, but again, just what you see with startup businesses, I try to remind them that that they are still a business and that even as a sole producer and a solo owner that the business can pay a salary but should also still bring in a profit and have its expenses and separating the salary and a lot of people don't they just have their salary and don't have their profit and I try to say no your business is allowed to make a profit as well as your salary what's your thoughts around that and what are you seeing?
