What He's already doing, what He wants to do in our lives.

So in Praying the Scriptures for Your Marriage, I looked at answers from those surveys we talked about earlier and came up with 20 different topics that are common to most marriages, um, and then worked that.

And you can pray the scriptures, as, as you asked me, two ways.

One is topically.

Like, if you pick up the book and you go, "Ah, I, we need help with some friends.

[laughs]

Are there particular ones that come to mind that would be of encouragement?

Yeah.

Well, I think that waiting season really can be real.

And God can be doing a lot of things in the waiting in our own hearts and in circumstances and in lining things up.

Um, but I do remember one time when I was praying about a particular need in an adult child's life.

And, you know, if I shared it, your listeners would go, yes, that is good.

That is right.

But just what's some wisdom or how do I do this, especially if I'm not in the habit of being a good prayer warrior?
