What was the moment you knew HR was your calling and not just a job?

Well, I love this question because as a college student, I really struggled with trying to figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up.

And I remember senior year of college really being down on myself because I felt like all of my other friends knew what they wanted to do.

And I was lost.

So I floundered a little bit.

I was an assistant.

I tried to get a job in television.
