... yeah, there's honestly so many examples I could think of.

But obviously, having kind of recently returned home from the Olympics in Cortina, where we had goals of being on that podium and, and we weren't, is obviously kinda the one that, that comes top of mind right now, just because it's so fresh.

And my husband and I met playing mixed doubles, and we had been preparing to compete in the Olympics for over 10 years.

We, we met and competed in our first event together in 2016 in mixed doubles, so a lot of, I guess you could say, build-up towards that Olympic games, and a lot of time and effort put in to how we communicate on the ice, how we operate, how we technically throw a rock.

All of that with the goal of, of being on the top of that podium in Cortina, and, and that didn't happen.

We finished one spot out of, out of the playoffs, and we had some challenges there.

How has your team influenced your performance, and what can leaders learn about building environments where people can thrive without burning out?

Jocelyn, do you have a preference between the two?

No, I think like Brett said, they're so different.

And especially the way, you know, I play front end on my women's team.

And then how we do our mixed doubles team is I'm pretty much totally in the house calling line, reading the sheet and putting the broom down.

So in a sense, more of kind of a skipping role and throwing last rock.

So it's totally different for me in that sense.

And it's fun to kind of, you know, use those skills and, um, kind of practice that side of the game and throwing last rock is, is, is fun.

So I want to know because I have an event coming up.
