We haven't seen in Brazil since 1989 that the winner of the first round does not win the second round.

So there is a high chance that Bolsonaro can win again on the 25th of October.

You will have the two biggest countries in the South America region now governed, if Bolsonaro wins, by right-wing conservative majorities with a different agenda, very close to Donald Trump and moving further away.
