So you need to really, especially if you're a fairly large company, have more than one person responsible for the payroll.

Just from a compliance point of view, it needs to make sure that it's checked.

You need to not have the person who's doing the payroll solely responsible for everything within the payroll including the payments because there is a risks of people putting incorrect information in the payroll um and you're just adding that element of security to your business if you make sure that it isn't doesn't just lie with one person also if that person's off or if that person is poorly you need to have someone in place because obviously people do need to get paid at the end of the month or whenever their payday is um so sharing that workload having people with shared responsibilities vital i would say especially within a fairly large company
