So can you share with us a little bit about your experience when you kind of stepped into your teams as an outsider and what you experienced?

Sure.

I was thinking about this before we started.

And really and truly, I've managed three practices over my career.

And each time I've come in as an outsider in one way or another, one way, shape or form.

The first practice, of course, I was brand new to the field.

I was brand new to management.

So how did you know, besides the fact that you were moving from different places, but how did you know when the practice may not have been the right fit? You know, if we've got people coming in from different walks of life, how do they know when it's time to part ways either from the practice or even the profession?
