I mean, we are kind of food-focused in Sweden.

I mean, the fika time, the coffee break, should usually have some kind of baked goods.

i would say ikea instituted that that's a manufactured holiday and it's not a holiday but it manufactured they will celebrate the meatball but in sweden we we have october 4th every year is the cinnamon bun day and it's been since the 1970s it i mean we've been eating cinnamon buns since after the second world war or even before But after the Second World War, when, you know, we got access to butter and cream and milk and spices and almond and all these things that were rationed in Sweden during wartime.

The cinnamon bun was one of the first kind of baked goods that we kind of spiced up.
