So a- about 60% of my caseload is, in fact, driven by children who have epilepsy, and then the other portions of my work, I have what would be regarded as rarer diseases.
So I spend a lot of my time, uh, through the clinical pathways of the care that I give to those kids, um, trying to work out what on earth is wrong with them.
Um, and the, the counseling kind of goes up another level because of the huge implications to families, and we, we lean on Karen and Alina, uh, in a big way in the care of these, um, patients.
So, so congenital myopathies is where these babies are obviously weak at the beginning, and they have often very striking appearances, but there are many, many, many different, um, variants that can, uh, cause a congenital myopathy, but-
