Um, first of all, Jo, tell us about the work that you do here at Fidelity and why it touches on this whole area.
1:34
Yeah.
1:34
So my role is really varied, um, but basically it's to act as the voice of people and customers who might be in difficult situations or challenging circumstances.
1:46
Um, my role is to go into projects, um, and meetings and make sure that they're thought about and that we plan for real-life people and real-life situations rather than just kind of standard journey designs.
2:00
And my interest in this area is because I hear a lot basically of customers or, or people that really struggle to act on their accounts when certain life events happen, and maybe they haven't put in place anybody that they trust to help them with their financial situation, and they're really, really struggling then to, to do anything normal on their accounts.

Uh, what can people expect in terms of process and admin? We've touched on a bit of this, but when they establish power of attorney, is it a very lengthy process? Do you need to be a legal expert? What's the process?
11:26
So you don't need to be a legal expert.
11:28
You can obviously go to a solicitor and have your solicitor draw up a power of attorney, but the Office of Public Guardian offer two forms, uh, one for the health and welfare, and then one for the property and finance.
4:45
Because Jo, I guess, just as Ella said, there's kind of what the owner wants and there's what the cat wants.
4:51
Yeah, absolutely.
4:52
In some ways, they're very similar because, you know, what a cat wants, they're very clean animals.
4:56
They spend so much of their day, other than sleeping, cleaning themselves, and having unwanted scents on them, particularly the scent of urine or feces, is really unpleasant for them.
5:07
Really, the key with the cat litter is getting it right so that you can keep the tray clean as far as possible at all times.
5:14
So I'd add to Savvy's list from a veterinary angle and from a cat behavior angle, I would say the priority is getting a cat litter that you can keep in tip-top condition.
9:55
Jo, is dust and tracking an issue for the cat?
9:59
From the cat's perspective, they're obviously down at litter height, so the more dusty it is, the more they're likely to get it in their eyes, on their faces, in their airways.
