Yeah, because at times

you had serving dishes and when it was banquets that you did with that rotary club and stuff when I was at school and you had to go around with your two spoons and then sometimes it was the whole chicken.

You had to pick up the whole chicken.

You're like, oh God.

And it was always weddings.

But great big platters with half a chicken like that and you had to have the big thing on your arm, tea towel on your arm or you'd be all burnt up here.

And then I worked in this restaurant in America.

Perfect.

How was that?

It was fantastic.

I worked as a writer.

I, it's one of those weird things that happen in this business where, uh, I was doing a gig in Chester.

This was when I was living in London, and it was sort of notorious gig because the woman was very mean.

And I was driving everyone from London to Chester, which is a good, like, especially me driving, three and a half hours.

I'm slow.
