Jo AnkersGUEST
It's quite a unique role because not many people have a group catering manager at the head of the team.

Jo AnkersGUEST
It came about because when I started with the group, there was a lot of challenges to face with menus, environmental health policies, training chefs and everything that went with it.

Jo AnkersGUEST
Because my experience in the past, working for other groups and driving them to success, I was encouraged by my managing director, Mark Clunan, to take on 16 teams in the role.

I touch upon, you shared that story earlier about sort of interviewing... michelin style chefs i think you said and they think they think that care catering is going to be an easy ride they think it's going to be like i think you said you know bangers and mash every night you know what i mean there's a lot there's so much that goes into this industry and into this sector isn't there have you found that quite easy to learn and adapt and adjust to or has that been a bit of a process for you throughout your career
