Um, and that's what gives me hope also about, you know, the period of time where BP between about 2020 and 2023 was talking a lot about climate and was really serious about decarbonization, I think, um, until it all went wrong.

So that internal conversation means that people actually have had that penny drop moment.

So, so anybody that stays have, has a greater internal conflict than they would've used to.

But actually, there's also been an exodus of people who've realized, you know, I can't work in the industry.

And so, you know, we invite those people to join Life After Oil and, um, and share their story about why they've done that.
