And so what is phase four, five, and six?
9:03
So that's really when you're getting into learning more about who you are and what you are here to do.
9:10
And I think for many of us, once we start to get curious and start seeking, we often start shifting our frequency.
9:17
And the frequency is sort of what you radiate out.
9:21
And many of us don't even know where our frequency is.
9:24
And the way I think about it is really like a radio station.
9:27
What is the vibe you're putting out in the world? Because your vibe definitely attracts your tribe.

25:44
But, you know, I talked myself out of my doubt.
6:14
So how can people learn to recognize and trust them? Because it's wanting to hear those whispers and it's another thing to actually take action, right? Because how do I trust that I am not just feeling this way? How do I trust that once I listen to this, it's going to be, it's going to, you know, work out well for me at the end of the day.
6:39
Yeah.
6:40
So as you can imagine, you know, many times people are so busy working, right? In our 20s, 30s, we're so busy working.
6:48
We're so busy focusing on where we need to get to next and all the steps it took to get there.
6:54
And I think for a lot of us, we are not taught to be in the present moment, to be in the moment right now, right here.
7:00
And in my 30s and early 40s, I was so busy chasing outcomes that I didn't have a lot of joy because I was always in my head getting to where I wanted to go rather than being in the moment I was in.
7:18
And so in my late 30s, I started taking mindfulness classes because I was missing the joy in my life.

12:38
you know you also describe crossroads not as breakdowns but as doorways So how can someone tell the difference between a season that's ending and one that is preparing them for something new?
JuliaHOST
5:21
So as listeners hear these phases, how can they recognize which one they are currently experiencing? And can they overlap? Or might someone revisit the same phase more than once?
5:32
Yes, yes.
5:32
So as I mentioned, as you mentioned, I have a quiz.
5:35
It's a free quiz.
5:36
You can just take the quiz.
5:37
You'll get your results.
5:38
It's quiz.jjdgeronimo.com. You could take this quiz a hundred times in your life because you're going to move, evolve, change, and shift.
JuliaHOST
7:18
Can you tell me more about these whispers?
SrimadhaHOST
2:15
Absolutely and since you mentioned that it's mostly in our mind and it comes down to our mind so we cannot fix peace after we achieve I mean in a chaotic situation we cannot just find peace that way so how do you suggest we train our mind to maybe actually start finding peace in ourselves?
2:39
Yeah, great question.
2:41
So I definitely would say that you have to teach your mind that it only gets a percentage of the time.
2:48
And I did that through mindfulness training where I actually was able to pay attention to what I was saying to myself all the time and recognize that those are just suggestions.
2:58
And often those suggestions were very much buried in fear, doubt, worry.
3:03
And oftentimes I was making decisions from a place of lack or a low frequency and Instead of making decisions from my soul energy, which is a lot more illuminated, it's more of light and love.
3:17
It often comes from the heart area of your body.
SrimadhaHOST
4:00
And since, you know, you mentioned that, so how do you think is really driving or what do you think is really driving that constant feeling of being overwhelmed? I mean, beyond just the obvious stuff like our busy schedules and responsibilities, what is that that keeps our mind engaged and chaotic most of the time?
ShreyaHOST
4:55
So, um, when you work with people who feel caught in some repeating patterns like this, whether it's relationship, work, or how they talk to themselves, what do you notice is usually the root? Like, what's driving that cycle they can't break?
5:13
Yeah, that's a great question.
5:14
You know, a lot of us when we're not feeling that great about ourselves, we try to overdo for others, or maybe we were taught to overdo for others when we were children, or maybe we get our own self-love from doing for others.
5:27
But I think for a lot of us over time, that really takes a toll on us, and many times we are removing our own fuel stations, st- places that we fill up.
5:39
And I feel like when you're always doing so much for others, you need to ask yourself, like, "Do I visit my own fuel stations? Am I filling myself up?" Because what I found in the research in working with so many women is that there's not many people that are gonna just say, "Hey, you need a break," or, "Time to fill yourself up," or, "You need some ti- downtime." Really the only person to do that is you.
6:01
And if it requires you to, like, carve out some time, you've often gotta let go of things you've said yes to, or reorganize your day, or maybe just be more aware of who you're saying yes to and why you're saying yes.
6:18
Because a lot of us say yes for the wrong reasons.

So what helps someone stay connected with their deeper work, even when the initial motivation fades?
