And as somebody that does get a little bit of behind-the-scenes, let's say, look at things, that strong momentum, that growth that you've seen in these recent years, from your perspective, what do you feel like is really driving the growth right now?

Man, it's, it's, it's a multitude of things, right? So I would say we're, we're firing on, on all cylinders, and I'll try to break down the local economy, if you will, right? Our-- One of the major drivers is the Savannah River Site, right? Over 13,000 employees, and they've announced new missions out there, which is gonna continue to increase that employee count with the SRPPF and the announcement of, you know, the, the data center and the technology campus around that.

So, and, you know, and the, the state also put in a bid for the Nuclear Lifecycle Innovation Campus, right? And you're seeing this emergence across the nation, and specifically in South Carolina for nuclear and advanced tech- technologies and, and energy.

So I think South Carolina is gonna play a huge role in that, and specifically Aiken with our 75-year history at this site.

You know, that, that is one thing.

Uh, I'll, I'll steal one of David's sayings, but we, we like to say, "When, when the site has a cold, Aiken has a flu," right? So that, that's, that's one of our, our main key drivers, and that's why it's-- we're so engaged a- at the advocacy level, you know, city, county, state, and, and federal.

Um, so that, that's a big piece of it.
