Um, really no major changes in the community development, um, division in, in the, in the executive budget, but there are a few items that I, um, that I wanna take a couple minutes to highlight.

Um, I start with one related to the new men's shelter.

Um, re-recall the two thousand and twenty-six operating budget commits one point seven million dollars to its operations annually, one point five million going directly to Porchlight, the operator, and two hundred thousand dollars kept in CDD's budget to cover utilities and building maintenance costs.

This budget draws on that two hundred thousand dollars to fund a portion of a plumber position, um, in the engineering division, a position that, uh, we're certain will be involved in, um, a lot of the shelter maintenance work.

CDD and engineering are teaming up on a second staffing front.
