Well, um, when we talked in January that we had, we'd bought a 68 acre working horse farm.

In March of last year.

And we, we got through the, now this farm is a harness racing training facility.

Right.

So were you competing for this grant or you were just able, I don't want to say able to just get it because I know it's a lot of work one way or the other, but were you in the right place at the right time plus had the right plan in place or how did that come into play?
