Nick CerviniGUEST
I guess when I first started playing drums, I was listening to a lot of heavy metal and progressive rock, but I also had a second cousin that introduced me to jazz and hip-hop, so there's some kind of blend of all those genres that I try to bring to our songs.

Jim MarinoGUEST
The first thing that made me want to play music was in the early 2000s i got really into pop punk and like you know things like good charlotte uh some 41 simple plan like when he did that kind of stuff spoke to me in high school and then i went you know a little deeper into high school i got into like like actual punk punk like you know i got into like the ramones and sex pistols um and then i actually kind of started to go a little um you know then i really discovered weezer and they became my favorite band um And then I, from there, you know, I, I, uh, like bands that kind of just pop punk, but like maybe slowed it down a little bit and like made it more hook focused than focused on like the, you know, just the energy.

Jim MarinoGUEST
Um, and then from there, I think I kind of grew to appreciate, um, I guess it was like just, just with time progressing, but I, I finally really started listening to the Beatles and really fell in love with the Beatles.

Jim MarinoGUEST
So it was kind of a steady progression from like pop punk to like a little bit punkier.
