So Jim, tell us a little bit about GMS and how you both got into this space.

So GMS, Joanne and I founded GMS in 2022.

Time flies.

It really was two things happening, coming together.

So Joanne can tell you about her 30-some years of owning and growing a consultancy to support largely military care, but also VA care and all other public sector care, so Medicare, Medicaid, all of that.

My background is different in that I was never a consultant until we formed GMS.

I started out my career in the DC area supporting government contractors that were serving the war fighter mission, primarily in Iraq and Afghanistan.
