sure um Solterra made my company and uh i had started my journey First 50 years of my career was up in the Philadelphia area.

I was fortunate to have experience to work for a company that was a developer construction company and a property manager.

And they had properties in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.

And when I started with them, the focus was multifamily and they had owned a bunch of properties, about 10 with about 2000 units and they did not manage them.

They had a third party management company and they decided to bring it in house.

The company had been around for about 40 plus years and they owned a commercial space, retail, office, industrial warehouse and land that they developed in those states.

Do you prefer to get the C and do a lot or B and do a little less and concentrate more on amenities? What do you do?
