I think sometimes people, and I know I do it, too, you know, you put on a, a brave face when you're leaving.

You know? You're like, "Is everything okay?" No, so I'll just pretend, you know? And after a while, that really does start to eat at you, and I think that being able to be comfortable saying, "I'm not okay," is a big deal, and I don't think that a lot of us do it, or we don't have people that we feel comfortable doing it with.

Like, we can never un-connect, right? Our- we constantly have our email and our socials and all this stuff at our fingertips, and yet are we really connected to anyone, or is it all just surface? And I think that's part of the problem.
