Jill, what do you have to add on community?

I'm going to start by, I was sitting at an EA lunch last year.

Before any of this all came up, I guess there were some new board members on the Girl Scout board.

And it started this whole conversation around our whole table.

Like almost everyone was a Girl Scout and they all had stories to tell and reminisce about what troop they were in, what area.

They all connected through this Girl Scouts.

And now they're young professionals and they got to use that commonality in that community.
