How would you prioritize them if the district could not afford or implement everything simultaneously?

Well, I don't know if you know this, but when I was the chairman back in 2016 and 2020, one of the best things that we did besides creating the primary care, which produces a lot of million dollars, one of the things that we were able to get was the building that we used to have, at the Murray County Hospital District, the current building that is there, it was sitting on a land that was not ours.

So we spent like $9.5 million in doing that building, but for a reason that is unreasonable to me, the land was not ours.

The land was actually Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center's land.

So they will dictate whatever.

So yes, we had a lot of conditions.

And one of the things that I discussed on the negotiation table is, hey, why don't you guys give us that land? Make a donation to us.
