So maybe speak a little bit about that.

Yeah, I think, and obviously on kind of the newer side of the business in three years compared to 23, something that I take a lot of pride in and that I really appreciate when I'm out in the field establishing new relationships is understanding like where you are and, you know, what everyone's relationships are with other vendors and other distributors and everything out there is people really tell us that Hardy, the thing that's different is the investment we've made as a company to have a lot of representation out there, to have that level of support.

Sometimes with other manufacturers, you might have one rep that's covering eight states.

And so you see them once or twice a year and how much can they really be there to help you with your business? Hardy in Wisconsin alone has five representatives that are all between the sales and marketing side, which is kind of more what I support and also technical.

And so I think when it comes to contractors and developing a new relationship with a product you've never used before, having that many people dedicated to your area that are there, you can pick up a phone, text, email, and have someone answer you and be there for you same day, next day, whatever you need.
11:29
really is a lot of value and helping to generate that relationship, generate that trust and be there to support you as you guys build that relationship with us.
11:37
Because for me, I think that's usually the foundational thing is breaking a barrier and taking on a new product line.

And just speak to that a little bit.
