so jesse let's let's talk a little bit though about your origin story so basically how you started out i mean you're a fairly young guy cni of congrats by the way it's awesome but yeah how you started out and how you got to the point that you're at in your career today

Yeah, yes.

So I kind of always knew I wanted to go into healthcare because I'm partially deaf in my right ear.

So I spent a lot of time in hospital receiving good care and not so good care.

And so I knew that I wanted to go into a space where I could be that nurse that would support our patients and actually be that good nurse that I've seen.

And I wanted to give that back.

So then I worked clinically in various areas in the NHS.
