So what does that actually look like right now in Milwaukee, in Wisconsin?

Well, I'd say one thing.

So Wisconsin, of course, Milwaukee especially, we are close to Illinois, Chicago.

We're only like an hour and a half from Chicago.

We're on the border of Minnesota.

So those states had very public presence.

We are, of course, a part of the national movement.

Okay, so what are some of the things that Voces is doing to respond right now?

So could you briefly explain for the audience and the, and the listeners what bricks, bites, and behaviors are, and why you would take that approach to try and look at them together in balance rather than what maybe some organizations do, focus in on one and not the others?

Yeah.

No, that, that's a very good question.

And, I mean, when I talk about bricks, bites, and behaviors and the way we designed it within EY, I really talk about, as you also mentioned, the full system, so because it's the, it's the, the whole of that, that really shapes the world we're in right now in the workplace.

And I mean, bricks, bites, behaviors in itself has been around.

It's what we ca- talk about it, but there's this famous guy called Bill Gates.

He started talking about places, tech, and people already in 2005, where he said we're in a new world of work.
