I'm curious, you know, what were some of the main challenges you folks faced? Or if there was any specific hurdles you encountered while reaching out or researching the inter-individual trade barriers or building the program itself? And how did your team work together and work through some of those issues, pending there were any?

So we were exploring an idea that didn't exist in Canada.

It was a lot of research, as my colleagues have already mentioned, that we were trying to piece together the best practices from similar programs that already exist, peer learning networks, accelerator models, and other various economic initiatives, not just in Canada, but worldwide.

so much information through this whole analysis and stakeholder reach out that we had to critically evaluate what was most relevant, what would have the biggest impact, and what would be of most value to the economic developers to actually implement.
