You hear the saying all the time that desperation is the mother of invention, right? So can you talk a little bit about that journey and deciding to get your MBA and then combining the two fields?

Yeah, it was, as we discussed this morning, I'll back up a second.

So when Nina, Gracie, and I were putting the panel just together, they said, all right, we'll do five-minute intros.

And I said, hold on, guys.

I know I might not look like it, but I've been in the profession for almost 24 years now.

And they were like, wait, what? So I was very thankful that they were flattering enough to think that I hadn't been in here that long.

But my journey is over a 20-year span.

As a practicing clinician of somebody who was in clinical practice that is looking to get into business, looking to get into a more leadership, more strategy role, what kind of problem solving skills that you get in clinic can somebody bring into those roles?
