Where does that stand right now?

That's a great question.

There are two different federal definitions of what an IC is, right? There's one at the IRS, which looks at an economic realities test.

And then there's one at the Department of Labor, which takes a broader look at more stringent, more components for a more stringent definition of what an IC is.

We estimate that the travel industry is probably somewhere between 65% and 75% ICs.
