I think like the best way we can really educate and kind of defend ourselves is to be more on the preventative side of things.

And I found, especially in sobriety and especially like changing a relationship with alcohol and also like beyond that, um, we don't have a lot of like preventative tools we have a lot of like communities we have a lot of things to like get in there when the crisis happens you know when the relapse happens when the sip up happens yeah there isn't a lot of things to like interrupt that or get on the forefront of that because changing your relationship with alcohol is stressful It's draining.
