So it's really interesting.

I had worked at three of the largest construction companies in the country up until around 2018 when I left Clayco, and I was really pretty burnt out on the whole big construction company scene.

I was the only woman there for all companies on the leadership team, and I wanted to do something different.

And so, uh, this all goes back to startup life, all right? So I did my first startup, which was a friend who was doing a women's leadership development company, and I did that.

It was an amazing passion project for two years.

I really missed construction, but I just did not wanna go back into big construction work.

And so what did your platform do for me?
